**What is the plot of Heartstopper S3?**

Fans have previously had a sneak peek at the title of the first episode of season three, suitably called ‘Love’. The new series will pick up where season two left off: Charlie eager to tell Nick that he loves him and Nick holding back on telling Charlie something important.

“As the summer holiday ends and the months race on, the friends begin to realise that the school year will come with both its joys and its challenges. As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties, and start thinking about university choices, everyone must learn to lean on those they love when life doesn’t go to plan,” reads a Netflix synopsis.

**Who will star in Heartstopper S3?**

Among the returning faces, several new characters will be joining the Heartstopper cast. Hayley Atwell (Agent Carter) will play Nick’s aunt, Diane, who takes Nick on a summer holiday to Menorca and “has some tough advice to impart about his relationship,” writer and series creator Alice Oseman told Netflix.
