Not much else is know about the plot of season four but Streep’s return could indicate that the gang is headed to Los Angeles, where Loretta has accepted a new job. One thing we do hope will continue is Streep and Short’s delicious chemistry which provided fresh energy, humour and some much-needed wholesome romance to the third season.

Paul Rudd, sadly, won’t be back. The Marvel actor starred as Ben Glenroy, the lead actor in Oliver’s play, who doubled up as this season’s murder victim after he was killed on opening night. Rudd shone in every scene, mainly through flashbacks for the latter part of the series.

All we know so far is that the Arconia building has claimed another victim, as seen in the gripping twist in the final moments of the season three finale.

This murder is certain to provide enough material for at least one more season of the podcast, if not more. And this time, it’s closer to home than ever before…
