The British fashion council has announced its nominations for the British Style Award and there's surprisingly no sign of Alexa Chung, Harry Styles or Kate Middleton. Instead, singer Kate Bush, Jamie Hince (Kate Moss' husband) and footballer Daniel Sturridge top the list of style icons.
