Words: Kitty McGee
There’s no denying that 2013 has been an epic year for British fashion. Formerly the underdogs of the glossy fashion world, in 2013 British designers, models and retailers have been recognised for truly setting the global fashion agenda. How so? Well, for a start Brit girls opened the biggest shows on the fashion calendar last month as the eyes of the global fashion world looked on, while not one, not two but three of Stylist’s favourite emerging British labels achieved major conglomerate investment in an epic new chapter in the evolution of their businesses.
