Taylor Swift, Gwen Stefani and Katie Holmes: celebrities getting into the festive spirit and wearing Christmas jumpers

Published

This Friday was Christmas Jumper day, and offices across the land celebrated by wearing the most embarrassing, ironic and hilarious Christmas jumpers possible, while donating to Save the Children.

Celebrities were getting into the spirit too. DJ Lauren Laverne was supporting Save the Children this Christmas Jumper Day and posted a picture on Instagram of her workwear for the day.

But festive knits are not just for Christmas Jumper day, and celebrities from Taylor Swift to Mindy Kaling have been spotted in the knitted patterns we've come to associate with Christmas Jumpers.

Take a look at our gallery to see 11 of the best celebrity Christmas Jumper looks - from Kristin Chenoweth and Peter Gallagher's joint jumper, to Ellie Goulding's stylish pairing with leather leggings.
