Since Cynthia Nixon announced she was running for Governor of New York City in a brilliant video, she’s conducted her campaign with wit, intelligence and class (just as we knew she would).

But, the one reference that has come up in many a conversation to date, is her most iconic character: Miranda Hobbes. She was the fictional high-flying lawyer with a no-nonsense approach that we all loved. And, in true Miranda-style, Nixon has turned it into her advantage by releasing Sex and the City-inspired campaign merchandise.

For the show’s 20th anniversary, Nixon announced on Tuesday (5 June) that the popular Instagram account, @everyoutfitonsatc had designed the must-have line.

“Are you a Miranda voting for Cynthia? In honor of #SATC20, here’s a line of Miranda merchandise designed by the team behind the “Every Outfit on Sex and the City” Instagram account… because, well, we should all be Mirandas who vote for Cynthia.”
