Fashion ones to watch: Felicity Jones
She may be a relative newcomer to the red carpet, but Felicity has already been spotted in it-girl labels like Proenza Schouler and Burberry. The Brit actress has also been revealed as the new face of D&G's new make-up collection. Watch this face...
Fashion ones to watch: Andrea Riseborough
With her striking, ethereal looks and star turn in Madonna's W.E., 2012 is going to be a big year for Andrea Riseborough. She's just as stylish as Wallis Simpson too - wearing dramatic dresses (like this Marchesa creation) on the red carpet.
Fashion ones to watch: Anna Chulmsky
Remember the weepy children's movie My Girl? Well, its star Anna Chulmsky is back, experiencing a career resurgence thanks to TV comedy Veep. After seeing her in this dress at The Iron Lady premiere, we're hoping she makes a triumphant return to the red carpet too.
Fashion ones to watch: Cara Delevigne
Following in big sister Poppy's footsteps, model Cara Delevigne has become a force to be reckoned with in the past year, and has just been announced as the new face of Burberry. Working the classic off-duty model look of biker boots and layers by day, by night she opts for vintage glamour, like this dress with marabou detail.
Fashion ones to watch: Chanel Iman
Victoria's Secret girl and runway model Chanel Iman has graced countless magazine covers, and recently helped launch DKNY's (and the world's) first ever million dollar perfume. She turned heads on the red carpet at the Met Gala in Dolce & Gabbana - here's to many more chic outfits.
Fashion ones to watch: Alice Dellal
With a half shaven head, punk girl style and a stint as a drummer in a death metal band, Alice Dellal was hardly an obvious choice as face of Chanel. But the model and sister of shoe designer Charlotte Olympia caught Karl Lagerfeld's eye, and she'll be in the campaign for the 'Boy' handbag line in 2012. We can't wait to see her at all the Chanel shows.
Fashion ones to watch: Chloe Moretz
Chloe Moretz is part of a new breed of young actresses - Hailee Steinfeld, Elle Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen - with fashion sense well beyond their years. Since her rise to fame in Kick Ass Chloe has worn a whole host of cool red carpet looks - like this vintage kimono style dress.
Fashion ones to watch: Amber Le Bon
Model Amber le Bon has more than matched the success of her mother Yasmin - and the two walked down the runway together at Karl Lagerfeld's Metiers d'Art Chanel show. This Peter Pilotto gown she wore to the British Fashion Awards shows she's a fashion force to be reckoned with.
Fashion ones to watch: Georgia May Jagger
With Jerry Hall as your mother, you'd think Georgia May Jagger would be raiding her closet for hand me downs. Not so - the model has come into her own this year with a chic, but understated style - think figure-hugging cocktail gowns, girly dresses and this gorgeous Julien Macdonald creation.
Fashion ones to watch: Dree Hemingway
The great-granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway, Dree Hemingway has become a huge success in the modelling world - and recently appeared on the cover of Vogue Spain clutching a baby. Her red carpet style is less bizarre - with a lot of cool maxi-dresses and vibrant prints - we can see her on the front row for the next New York Fashion Week.
Fashion ones to watch: Elizabeth Olsen
Forget Mary-Kate and Ashley - there's a new Olsen sister in town. Elizabeth has already garnered critical acclaim for her role in Martha Marcy May Marlene, and her red carpet style is just as experimental as her sisters.
Fashion ones to watch: Elle Fanning
At just 13, Elle Fanning has already starred in a shoot for US Vogue, been the face of Marc by Marc Jacobs, and sat on the front row at the Rodarte show. Even more fashion-obsessed than her sister Dakota, Elle says she's working a "Virgin Suicides meets Twiggy" look at the moment - if only our fashion choices were than sophisticated in our tweens.
Fashion ones to watch: Hailee Steinfeld
Another precociously fashionable young star, Hailee Steinfeld starred in a (somewhat controversial) Miu Miu ad campaign, wore Marchesa with Converse at the Oscars, and wowed on the red carpet in Prada (see opposite). Her style can only get better from here.
Fashion ones to watch: Janelle Monáe
Kansas-born Janelle Monáe's music and androgenous style have made her a firm favourite on the red carpet in 2011. With a Grammy nomination under her belt and having signed to P.Diddy's Bad Boy Records label, the twenty-six year old tuxedo enthusiast is set to make big waves next year with her third album.
Fashion ones to watch: Jessica Brown Findlay
Bursting onto our screens as a pantaloon-wearing Lady Sybil, Jessica Brown-Findlay has become one of the breakout stars from ITV's Downton Abbey. Despite her plummy credentials, the 21-year old actress starred in Albatross earlier this year (opposite Felicity Jones) and has landed a central role in upcoming TV series Labyrinth - watch this space.
Fashion ones to watch: Joan Smalls
This Puerto-Rican beauty has had quite the year: from becoming the face of beauty house Estée Lauder back in February to opening the Spring/Summer shows of Gianfranco Ferré, Gareth Pugh and Gucci. We predict the model will be a big presence during the next fashion week season...
Fashion ones to watch: Karlie Kloss
With her ballet dancer's physique and feline catwalk strut, Kloss is currently ranked third in the Top 50 models of the world. Apart from opening the Christian Dior show this year for the third time, Kloss also made her debut on the Victoria's Secret runway and is tipped to be the inheritor of Elle Macpherson's 'The Body' nickname
Fashion ones to watch: Kaya Scodelario
Best known for her role as Effy on Channel 4 drama Skins, Kaya Scodelario has metamorphosised into quite the girl-about-town. From her haunting turn as Cathy in the new film adaptation of Wuthering Heights to rubbing shoulders with the fashion elite at Burberry's Spring/Summer 2012 show, Kaya is the one of the hottest rising stars around right now.
Fashion ones to watch: Lily Collins
Going head to head with Kristen Stewart in a rival Snow White film adaptation is no mean feat - but Lily Collins proves that she is much more than a celebrity baby. With her trademark dark beauty - just check out those eyebrows - Lily has also been feted as 'Model of the Year' by Spanish Glamour. Not bad at all
Fashion ones to watch: Rooney Mara
Rooney Mara is Hollywood's hot new thing, rising from relative obscurity to playing Lisbeth Salander in the hotly anticipated remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. With her iconic pudding bowl haircut and cutting-edge style (favourite designers include Prabal Gurung, Burberry Prorsum and Roksanda Illincic) Rooney is on the cusp of movie megastardom
Fashion ones to watch: Suki Waterhouse
Suki Waterhouse may only be 19 and a self-confessed tomboy but as the new face of Marks & Spencer's Lingerie range there is nothing boyish about her. When she's not on the catwalk, Suki can be found out and about London with best friends Cara Delevigne, Georgia Jagger and Kook's frontman Luke Pritchard - we sense a mini-Moss in the making...
Fashion ones to watch: Sunday Girl
Described as a "Synth-friendly feisty artist" by The Observer, Sunday Girl - real name Jade Williams - cuts a polished figure on the red carpet (seen here in Jonathan Saunders Autumn/Winter 2011). Jade may still be a fresh face on the UK pop scene, but her beautifully produced music and styled videos are catching the industry's attention fast
Fashion ones to watch: Tali Lennox
With a love for all things vintage, Tali Lennox's unique style has outshone her celebrity credentials. Making her modelling debut in 2010, Tali has worked the runway for fashion heavyweights Acne, Christopher Kane and Jaeger, and has shot campaigns for Prada and Burberry.
Fashion ones to watch: Zoe Kravitz
Hailing from New York City, Zoe Kravitz has steadily raised her game in the world of film. Appearing as a regular character in the X-Men movie franchise, the 24 year-old actress is also known for her effortless style. Her biggest fashion moment of the year? Accompanying the king of New York cool - Alexander Wang - to the Costume Institute gala this year.
Fashion ones to watch: Lana Del Ray
The biggest buzz around London Fashion Week in September 2011 surrounded Lana Del Ray - whose tune 'Video Games' when played at Christopher Kane's show brought the hardest editors to tears. With a pout to rival Angelina Jolie's, the singer's music is set to go viral in 2012
