Fashion Week's youngest and best dressed star has ventured back to the frow - and this time it was Nicki Minaj's turn to look away politely while little North West bawled the house down at Alexander Wang

The one-year-old's spectacular tantrum at her dad's show on Thursday left Beyonce and Anna Wintour on the edge of their VIP seats - and everyone else wondering how soon Nori would be back on mum Kim Kardashian's lap to watch the AW15 collections.

The answer was 'not very long'.

Last night dad Kanye was at Kim's side and Nori, dressed head-to-toe in Alexander Wang, was happy enough watching the show for a while.

The powers that be had cleverly seated the family next to Aimie Wang, the designer's sister-in-law, who took her own young daughter Alia to the show.

North seemed content playing with the older girl for a while - as well as being introduced to a beaming Minaj - but it didn't take long for the tears to set in.

On Thursday an i-D journalist asked Kanye why Nori was crying at his Yeezy for Adidas show.

Instead of blaming it on hunger, boredom or explaining to the reporter 'that's what one-year-olds do', the rapper/designer came up with a bizarre excuse that his daughter was sad because critics were "being mean to her daddy".

"Maybe she was just scared for her daddy." he said "She just wanted people to stop being mean to her daddy. "Because she knows that her daddy loves the world and just wants to make it a more beautiful place."

Hmm. We're looking forward to hearing the elaborate reason for the toddler's latest crying spell at Alexander Wang.

Could it be from witnessing her model auntie Kendall Jenner dressed like Wednesday Addams on the runway?
