Everyone is talking about Cindy Crawford's body like it's 1990 again thanks to a beautiful leaked photoshoot.

With the fashion world firmly focused on the models at New York Fashion Week, the legendary supermodel has caught everyone's attention in an unairbushed image that shows her striking a powerful pose in her underwear.

ITV News anchor Charlene White originally tweeted the unaltered image of Crawford, calling for the 48-year-old former Super to "Take a bow". The picture quickly went viral, with thousands of people praising the model's "real beauty":

It later emerged that the image is from a December 2013 spread for Marie Claire Latin America, rather than for an upcoming edition, as White first thought.

The US version of the magazine released a statement saying that the shot reveals "a body that defies expectations - it is real, it is honest, and it is gorgeous."

"No matter where the photo came from, it's an enlightenment," it added. "We've always known Crawford was beautiful, but seeing her like this only makes us love her more."

The model said it best herself last week: "I really think - at any age - it's learning to be comfortable in your own skin."

"If women would treat themselves with the same kind of love they give to their friends, that would be such a great gift we could give ourselves. What makes you the most attractive is self-confidence. That's what people see."

We couldn't agree more. Now how about Crawford's badass posing making a return to the Fashion Week runway?
