Half-moon bags have been the go-to shape for fashion’s most stylish women. We’ve rounded up the best of the best to update your accessories game for the coming season.

If your Instagram feed is anything like ours, you will have noticed a tale of two extreme bag designs hitting the shops this summer. Each carefully orchestrated #OOTD was either finished off with the micro-est of micro bags courtesy of Jacquemus, or the maxi-est of maxi bags with Loewe’s canvas hold all taking pride of place on the grid.

And while that’s all well and good for the playtime of the summer, autumn is coming and with it brings a sense of practicality. Enter: the half-moon bag. Earlier adopters of this trend will already appreciate its duality in being neat and discreet whilst also housing all those life essentials: phone, wallet, keys, lipstick…snacks.
