So any rips, tears or sizing issues should always be mentioned. You may also want to add your own rules of sale too. Monica Marriott-Mills, a digital creator who regularly sells items from £10–£200+ says: “Be sure to write a clause in your bio if you’re not open to returns or swaps.” That said, if your item is undelivered, not as described or faulty, then it doesn’t matter what you include in your bio: the buyer will be able to pursue a refund.
