Kate Middleton's most iconic looks given a 'Simpsons' makeover

Published

Behold the Duchess like you've never seen her before. Kate Middleton has been given a Springfield makeover in a series that imagines her as a character from The Simpsons.

Italian artist and illustrator aleXsandro Palombo captured the royal in the television show's iconic yellow skin and in 50 of her most memorable outfits.

From the blue Reiss dress Middleton wore in her official engagement portrait with Prince William, to the Roland Mouret cream gown she wore at the premiere of Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, Palombo has drawn a spectrum of looks.

The artist, who is not affiliated with the television show, has also 'Simpsonised' the Queen, picturing her next to Middleton outside Buckingham Palace, in the throne room and by the grand staircase.

Palombo posted the series on his blog Humor Chic on Monday in a post titled 'Welcome to Buckingham Palace'.

The artist is famous for his colourful art and has also imagined Anna Wintour, Grace Coddington, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as the eight-fingered figures in the past.

If Kate Middleton were to give Springfield a royal visit we can imagine it would look very much like this.
