Klarna’s bringing the digital shopping experience to the high street with an all-immersive pop-up at London’s Covent Garden. Here’s what you can expect
We’ve all heard that the high street is on its death bed, but with online brands starting to dip a toe in the water of physical, bricks-and-mortar sites, don’t start reading those last rites just yet.
Exhibit A? The brand-new pop-up from pay-later specialists Klarna, which is about to turn the traditional high street experience on its head by combining fashion, beauty, sports and interiors shopping with an exciting programme of experiences, workshops and talks.
Running from 5–12 June at Shorts Gardens, near London’s Covent Garden, the pop-up will give you a chance to browse a host of previously online-only products from a selection of brands such as Asos, Finery, Swoon and Schuh.
Our personal highlight? Well, we might be a tad biased, but we’ll be looking forward to seeing Stylist’s fashion director Arabella Greenhill talking through the new season trends from fashion label Paper London.
Taking place on Tuesday 11 June from 6-8pm, the talk will see Arabella discussing some of her favourite pieces from Paper’s new collection, including a few key looks from the brand’s range of sustainable beachwear.
All sessions are free, but you’ll need to book your tickets in advance, so move quickly to avoid disappointment.
