Marc Jacobs closed New York Fashion Week last night with an epic show that featured a surprise entrance by Lady Gaga.
The singer wore an oversized grey coat with fur sleeves over a pussy-bow blouse alongside a line-up of gothically made-up models, including Kendall Jenner and Binx Walton.
The show, which was hosted in a minimalist set at the Park Avenue Armoury, was closed by striking British model, Molly Bair, in a floor grazing monochrome cape.
Marc Jacobs, who works with Katie Grand for the casting of his show, has never been shy to cast personalities. One of the first major designers to cast Kendall Jenner in a show in 2014, the designer also cast Erin O'Connor for his Autumn 2015 show and Beth Ditto for his spring 2016 collection.
Celebrities in the front row included Maggie Gyllenhaal, Emily Ratajkowski, and Christina Ricci.
The show proved a welcome high for editors who braved temperatures as low as -18˚ and torrential downpours earlier in the week.
A gleefully triumphant close to New York Fashion Week.
