Fresh from the streets of London, these are the Kurt Geiger sandals fashion editors and influencers are obsessed with…
Fashion month is in full swing, and while the Stylist fashion team have already completed New York Fashion Week there’s no stopping as it moves on to London. Of course in the world of fashion it’s always ahead, so while it’s technically still summer 19 now, the catwalk shows are presenting spring/summer 20.
Giving us all the dreamy designer inspiration we could ask for; the likes of Rejina Pyo has already debuted her checked suits, beaded hem skirts and cool co-ords, along with Villanelle from Killing Eve’s favourite, Molly Goddard showing her fabulous look-at-me tulle gowns. There’s so many high-end pieces to feast our eyes on, but the FROW-goers – from fashion editors to influencers – have all been heading to one high street store for their footwear of choice to attend said shows: Kurt Geiger.
Opting for Kurt Geiger’s chunky and most importantly, comfortable, ‘Orzo’ sandals, they’re the tweed dad sandal to be seen in this season.
Stylist’s fashion news editor, Billie Bhatia has already spotted them on the streets of London several times during LFW already. Not to mention on her own feet! As an avid chunky trainer fan, it’s only fitting she swapped them for chunky sandals to make the most of summer.
The tweed material makes them look way more premium than their £139 price tag. They also look surprisingly similar to a particular iconic designer pair – not mentioning any names…but take a look at the bag for clues!
Navy seems to be the outfit colour of choice to team them with to keep them looking luxe. Not just for summer, you may even wear them (in true dad style) through to autumn with socks – yes, really.
Like all great shoes, we predict after their London Fashion Week debut they’re bound to sell out, so we’ve linked them below so you can shop them already. Go, go, go!
