Cult dress label, RIXO has teamed up with TV personality, Laura Jackson, to bring the most shopable collaboration to see you through the autumn months and beyond.
You will be familiar with London-based fashion brand, RIXO, because their cult-status dresses have been seen on every industry insider this summer. Those clashing prints, ruffle hems and thigh splits have become the brand’s DNA and are responsible in part for the resurgence of colour in our summer wardrobes.
This time, though, RIXO - founded by friends Henriette Rix and Orlagh McCloskey - is going beyond your summer fix and bringing you a collection that is going to see you through the looming autumn months and well into the Christmas party season.
Hot off their first London Fashion Week presentation - which saw models in brightly colours dresses peppered around a make shift fruit and veg market - RIXO has teamed up with TV presenter and food writer, Laura Jackson, for a collaboration you are going to want to wear over and over again.
Hand-drawn prints garner the brand’s iconic fluted-sleeve wrap dresses, pink and black-striped trouser suits make for alternative party dressing, and there is also a show-stopping sequin gown to end all sequins gowns.
The everyday dress
This print is aptly called, ‘Free As A Bird’ and combines both Laura Jackson and the RIXO’s designers love of Picasso-esque outlines. This dress will see you through every occasion necessary, wear with slick white leather trainers for the day and a kitten-heeled ankle boot for the evening.
