This might be a full-body workout but it starts isolating the triceps in the Perfect Form, as you learn how to master the dumbbell pullover. Shake off tired arms before the strength circuit which is full of compound exercises like push-ups and single-arm raises, designed to test your lats, biceps, triceps and shoulder muscles. Finish upper body muscles off with an EMOM finisher of goblet squats and bent-over rows.
