PT Emma takes us through a workout featuring a mix of mobility, balance and strength movements to work out any imbalances. Get ready for single arm and leg exercises, as well as multiple muscle moves like squat press and press ups. Finish strong with an EMOM of bicep curls and reverse lunges before the calming cool down.
