After the sell-out success of the Strong Women Trek in 2021 and 2022, we’re excited to share that not only are we back on the Surrey Hills and in Epping Forest later this summer, but we’re adding a new Scotland route to our roster - Glasgow’s West Highland Way.

The Strong Women Trek is a series of half-marathon hikes that bring together like-minded women for a day of fresh air, fitness, chats and goodies. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a group of mates raring to take on the challenge, or if you’re planning to come on your own; every year, hundreds of women turn up solo and leave having made genuine new friendships.

We all know the massive benefits that spending more time in nature can provide but given our hectic lives, it can be difficult to carve out the time. That’s why we’ve purposely chosen routes that offer 360’ green and blue space but which are super-accessible by train, tube, bus or car.

It wouldn’t be a Strong Women event without a proper ‘do at the finish, so you can look forward to packed goodie bags and finishers’ medals. Oh, and this year, we’ve ensured that all our routes are dog-friendly, so please do bring your pup along.
