Feeling tired may not be the worst thing in the world, but it’s all the other symptoms that accompany it that are less than pleasant.

It’s a painful reminder of just how important rest is to our body’s ability to function; from pounding headaches to feeling more emotional and ‘teary’, a bad night’s sleep can have a wide-reaching impact.

Of course, another symptom that often comes together with feelings of tiredness and fatigue is nausea – or what I like to call the ‘sicky tired’ feeling.
