15 minute mobility workout No. 2: Nail neck cars to feel taller, stronger and looser

In this first upper-body mobility session, you’ll be working out any crunchy neck knots by moving isolated joints in circular motions. We start with neck cars – moving the neck carefully and slowly – before moving on to arm extensions, cat-cow back openers and twists. You’ll be feeling taller, stronger and looser in no time.
