There’s nothing like a full-body stretch to set you up for the day or get your body ready for bed. This stretchy mobility session starts in downward dog for releasing the calves and shoulders, before moving into variations of the world’s greatest stretch – the best thing for tight hamstrings and shoulders. Stretch that front body out in cobra and then finish off with some back twists to make sure your spine is in tip-top health.
