Who doesn’t have tight hips these days? This workout will go some way to helping that problem, with lots of 90/90 variations designed to open and strengthen hip muscles. You’ll then move onto a light lunge series which is perfect for runners, walkers or cyclists who could do with working on stabilising the core and ankle muscles.
