15 minute mobility no. 7: Roll down, roll down for a happy body

We’re stretching everything today, beginning with a roll down to relax every muscle from neck to ankle. Once on the floor, we’ll drop into child’s pose, seated side reaches and prayer fingers. Later in the session, we’ll come back up to standing when you’ll feel taller, calmer and looser.
