A fancy spin on the classic G&T, this is the perfect pre-dinner tipple to get your evening underway…
50ml Gordon’s London Dry Gin
25ml elderflower cordial
1 lemon slice
Add all the ingredients to a Copa glass filled with ice and stir well. Garnish with the lemon slice and serve. (2.2 units)
2. Lemon Spritz
Zesty and light-tasting, this is the perfect cocktail to cut through all that festive stodge.
50ml Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Distilled Gin
1 Lemon Wheel
Add all the ingredients to a Champagne flute. Stir to mix, garnish with the lemon wheel and serve. (2.5 units)

25ml raspberry cordial
125ml boiling water
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
