Ready to have a more positive period? We’ve teamed up with Bupa to launch Breaking The Cycle: Your Period Questions Answered By Experts – an event designed to help us demystify our monthlies.

Joined by a talented panel of guests (including Bupa medical director Dr Petra Simic, influencer Em Clarkson, nutritional therapist and author Le’Nise Brothers and gynaecologist and women’s health expert Dr Anita Mitra), host and Strong Women editor Miranda Larbi will lead discussions on everything, from symptoms to lifting the stigma on period health.
