Your tablescaping dreams are about to come true with this seasonal KITRI candle collaboration. It’s the home accessory we’ve all been waiting for this winter.

When two cult brands come together on a new collection, there’s a special kind of buzz.  And, when that collection is hand-crafted tapered candles in perfectly honed tones for the season, the excitement very quickly leads to a waitlist that everyone, from your best friend to your boss, is likely on.

This is the very situation we find ourselves in as London-based independent fashion brand KITRI and one-man-show Fairholme candles collaborate to celebrate KITRI’s new collection for winter.

KITRI, which is founded by Haeni Kim, nailed that knack for creating a viral design as soon as it launched back in March 2017. Within months its colourful dresses in well-cut shapes were storming Instagram and selling out, leaving lusting customers to join 500-strong waitlists for their chance to get hold of designs such as the gingham check, pink Leona dress, which Stylist’s own writers fan-fared over at the time.

“I wore the sell-out Kitri Lenora dress everyone is obsessed with, and this is what happened”

But it’s safe to say that, although Fairholme has only been on the scene since the first lockdown in March, it’s already making its mark.

With experience in events and being an avid candle enthusiast, Tony Jack took a chance creating his own while in lockdown and found that his talent and flair for colours and aesthetics made his brand Fairholme an instant Instagram hit.

So, what could be more fabulous than these two fresh, innovative brands coming together to show what’s going to be big for home accessories in winter 2020?

Together they have created a pack of four elegantly long, tapered candles with hand-finished details. The set includes a colour palette of festive bright red and deep emerald alongside bubblegum pink and royal navy.

Each one has been made using a traditional candle dipping technique, using a blend of soya and beeswax with a burn time of five hours.

The set has been called ‘The Girls’ and each candle has its own name; meet Jenny, Sophie, Teja and Elly). This plays into Jack’s theme of naming each of his candles after an influential woman in his life.

With bold colour choices and a hand-crafted look, these candles are exactly what your Christmas dining table needs and show that our love of tablescaping isn’t going anywhere.
