Christie Leigh Chung has gained a reputation as the fashion insider’s favourite florist, thanks to her sculptural ikebana artistry. This week, she hosted guests including writer Jack Guinness, broadcaster Sydney Lima, artist Lucy Mahon and DJ Dom Chung at The Singleton’s A Spring Supper at Mount St. Restaurant in Mayfair.

Taking inspiration from the home of The Singleton, guests dined among floral installations and a tablescape reminiscent of the natural environment of the Scottish Highlands in full bloom for spring.

Florals were brought to life through Chung’s charming and ethereal lens. Native Scottish flora, including heather, thistle and moss, were arranged with soft and fragrant sweet peas, bluebells and foxgloves, which celebrated the stillness and beauty of the highlands that Chung referred to as “a gorgeous reference point”.
