10 alternative New Year’s resolutions we actually like

There are four words we dread at this time of year - "New Year, new you".

As much as we're all for setting goals at the start of a brand spanking new year, the concept of suddenly morphing ourselves into some kind of new wholesome human being is both pressurising and unrealistic.

No one needs more tasks to add to 2015's leftover to-do list. 

But this is the time for reflection and not all resolutions have to be character-shifting 'dos' and 'don'ts'.

We've decided to set ourselves smaller, fun and attainable goals that we can all sign up to in 2016.
