Shake up your exercise habits this September with Frame, thanks to this exclusive Stylist discount.

Have you ever looked across the dance floor while shaking a tail feather, caught the eye of your friend and, laughing breathlessly, said: “God, this is like a workout?”

Having a good ol’ boogie certainly gets the blood pumping, and we’ve been known to wish our exercise classes could feel as fun as a night out. Thankfully, though, there is a way. And it involves Frame.

As part of our September Shake Up campaign, in which we’ll be attempting to ‘shake up’ lots of aspects of our lives to boost creativity and happiness, we’re offering you the chance to swap dumbbells for dance moves at the London fitness studio.

And, with a little help from their talented instructors, we have no doubt that you will soon be dancing your bootylicious body to Beyonce (and nailing some of her most iconic moves in the process).

Frame fans will no doubt already know that the studios have long been praised for making exercise cool. With luxe facilities and instructors that will get you pumped like no other, it’s no surprise that drop-in class prices can range from £12 to £22.

But, from Saturday 1 September for the entire month, a range of Frame’s classes - including HIIT, Frame rave, Kylie butt lift, box fit and dance moves to Beyoncé and Madonna - will be just £5 for all those who book with Stylist. And you can book here right now.

What’s more, all of the money raised will be donated to mental health charity Heads Together, so you won’t just be doing something good for yourself, but others too. (Heads Together was started by Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry to break down the stigma around mental health and remove the fear that stops many people talking about it).

So, what are you waiting for? Learn a new signature move and shake up your September with this exclusive discount. Book here and we’ll see you on the dancefloor…
