If you’re drowning in the day to day, here comes the perfect opportunity to reset and refocus…

Whether you’re yearning for a career overhaul or have your eye on a rewarding new hobby, chances are you have a good few dreams currently sitting on the back burner.

The problem is, whether they’re big projects or smaller goals, it can be difficult to carve out the time to give them the attention they deserve.

That’s why The Body Shop is staging a special Dream Big event at London’s Old Truman Brewery on 2-3 November.

Designed to inspire and inform (with a bit of pampering thrown in for good measure), the event will offer guests an explorative and immersive space in which to take some time out and give your dreams room to breathe.

If you’re looking for practical advice, there will be a ticketed panel of empowering, encouraging and inspiring speakers set to help you get your goals off the ground.

For a more sensory experience you can head to a special “scentscape” room showcasing The Body Shop’s new special edition festive fragrances, complete with edible bubbles and touch and smell wallpaper, or check out a very special installation known as the Dream Processor.

Then to revitalize your energy levels, take advantage of some complimentary express treatments, including mini facials, makeovers, massages and a brow bar offering soap brows and threading. There will even be bookable yoga workshops taking place, to help boost your winter wellness.

Admission is free, with tickets for talks and workshops available from £15 per person (with £10 redeemable against purchases made in The Christmas Emporium on the day), an exclusive 25% off shopping also up for grabs on selected The Body Shop product, and a free goodie bag worth £30 available when you spend £25 or more.*

See you there.

Ready for a dose of inspiration? The Body Shop’s Dream Big event will be taking place from November 2 -3 at The Old Truman Brewery, 83 Brick Lane, London, E1 6QL. Get your talk and workshop tickets here.
