“As head of craft partnerships at Budweiser Budvar, I know that the brewing industry has previously been seen as a ‘man’s world’.

“There’s also long been a stereotype that beer is a ‘drink for men’, but that couldn’t be further from the truth today.

“Sometimes I’ve felt I need to work harder and have more strength than my male counterparts.

“But I’ve found that brewing connects people – we collaborate with small breweries all around the Czech Republic and we want to show the rest of the world the craft beer culture here.

“Being passionate about where you work really helps and you can be the change you want to see in the workplace.”
