There’s dream jobs and then, there’s the job of world-travelling gin taster, a position that’s just been advertised by concept restaurant Mr. Fogg’s.

Those who have had the pleasure of visiting one of Mr. Fogg’s London venues (which are currently located in Mayfair, Covent Garden and Fitzrovia) will know that each restaurant is entirely concept themed, which makes going there an evening like no other.

Based on the character of Phileas J. Fogg from Jules Verne’s novel Around the World in 80 Days, the restaurants possess an old-world explorer, Victorian feel and specialises in exotic spirits and ‘gin safaris’.

This brings us, quite nicely, to the new vacancy Mr. Fogg and his team are trying to fill. With another new restaurant due to open on The Strand in September, the brand has decided that in order to make their latest addition as good as it can possibly be, it’s going to need a selection of gins on the menu that are out-of-this-world.
