Now, avid fans of creating epic structures with coloured bricks, you may rejoice: there is a vacancy for a Lego model designer. And guess what? The job is based in actual Legoland.
As showcased on LinkedIn, the role is perfect for anyone considering themselves pretty damned good at Lego, as it involves designing and building world-class, animated models. You know, the massive ones with moving bits and everything.
The successful applicant will work from the studios in Windsor as part of the whimsically named Marlin Magic Making Division, an arm of Merlin Entertainments Group, bringing animated Lego designs to life (as well as making use of the 40% Lego discount, obviously).

There’s some boring stuff about budget management, deadlines and stock control of course, but Lego! As a full-time job!
Experience with model or product design would obviously be handy, as well as interest in Lego (tick) and experience in IT (what do you think we’re writing this on, paper?).
If you’re serious about your coloured bricks, find out more about the job here – applications close 10 April.
