Speaking to The Spirits Business about the card’s design, Chris Molyneaux, managing director and distiller of Daffy’s Gin, explained: “Earlier this year we came up with the mission to try and design the ultimate Christmas card containing a bottle of Daffy’s.

The riskier option, of course, is to have the card sent to yourself so that you can write your festive note and post it off with your own fair hands.

Why? Well, it only takes one really intense day at work, and that teeny-weeny gin suddenly starts looking all too appealing – although maybe your nan wouldn’t mind if you sent her an empty bottle in the post, eh? After all, she’s the one who’s always said it’s “the thought that counts.”
