Fifty Shades Darker? Don't mind if we do

Published

It’s the book series everybody read that became the movie franchise everybody saw. Successes like the Fifty Shades series are very rare. E.L. James’ book trilogy, about the wild romance between a secretive billionaire and an ambitious but naïve young woman, has sold in excess of 125 million copies worldwide. The adaptation of its first entry, Fifty Shades Of Grey, made over £400 million at the box office when it was released in 2015. Then came the follow-up, Fifty Shades Darker, which made one of the most famous romances of our time even twistier. It was one of the biggest cinema hits of last year and now it’s available to own on digital download.

The sequel to the blockbuster smash finds handsome business mogul Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and publishing ingénue Anastasia (Dakota Johnson) living separate lives. The events of the first film revealed Christian to have very open sexual tastes, which Anastasia could cope with, but a very closed heart, which she could not. She called their relationship off, much to Christian’s dismay. Any great romance will have its rocky patches, though, and Christian and Anastasia find their way back to each other, although obviously the path will not be smooth. Secrets from Christian’s past will come back to haunt him, causing far more pain than anything hidden away in his kinky red room.

Fifty Shades Darker is a sequel that builds on everything from the first movie. It’s more dramatic, sexier, funnier and, of course, darker. And it’s now available for you to own forever.

You can download the film from iTunes, Google Play, Sky Store and Amazon Instant Video before it’s available on DVD, to watch on your TV, laptop or mobile, either online or off.
