New branches of old favourites: The long-anticipated Islington branch of Meatliquor is now open, having had its launch delayed since October. Pizza Pilgrims is opening a new branch in Exmouth Market and the Ivy has launched two new branches of its cafe format, in Marylebone and Kensington High Street.
