Friday night cocktail

This quick and easy rum punch was made for sharing. Bring a big bowl to dish out at a summer BBQ, or try warmed on the stove in the winter for a light alternative to mulled wine.

Ingredients (serves six)

350ml Bacardi Gold Rum

750ml Cloudy Apple Juice

375ml Cranberry Juice

70ml Lime Juice, juiced

1 Orange, thinly sliced

1 Lemon, thinly sliced

All ingredients are available from Ocado


1.Pour all of the ingredients into a large punch bowl, add the orange and lemon slices and stir.

2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Barcadi Gold rum punch.

3. Find a group of friends, and dig in!
