Start the weekend with a bit of fizz with this fresh, fruity champagne cocktail. The Flirtini combines pineapple, fresh orange juice with champagne and vodka. Garnish with a cherry or pineapple slice to get yourself in the summer party mood.

INGREDIENTS

2 pieces Fresh Pineapples

1/2 oz Orange Juice

1/2 oz Absolut Vodka

1 oz Pineapple juice

3 oz Champagne

All ingredients are available from Ocado.com

METHOD

Muddle the Pineapple pieces and Orange Juice in the bottom of a mixing glass.

Add vodka and pineapple juice and stir.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne.

Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
