Raudhatul Jannah's mother shows a picture of her daughter before the Tsunami when she was four-years-old

"God has given us a miracle," Jannah's mother Jamaliah said. "My husband and I are very happy. I am so grateful to God for reuniting us with our child after 10 years of being separated."

"My heart beat so fast when I saw her," she added. "I hugged her and she hugged me back and felt so comfortable in my arms."

Jannah and her brother survived the tsunami by clinging onto a piece of wood and Jannah has told her parents that she believes her sibling could still be alive. The family are now preparing to search for him on the sparsely inhabited Banyak Island, where Jannah said they had been stranded.

Jamaliah said that she is in no doubt that Jannah is her daughter and is willing to undergo DNA tests.

The Indian Ocean tsunami killed 230,000 people in 14 countries.
