From an unlimited cheese and mulled wine festival to cheese tea, it’s fair to say we’ll indulge in the savoury delight in any shape or form.

Which is why when we learned that a halloumi-themed bottomless brunch is coming to London, we quite frankly couldn’t contain our excitement.

The halloumi-inspired menu will be available to try at Soho’s Las Banderas from Saturday 20 October until Sunday 18 November (that’s right, for one month only).

The pop-up restaurant – created by Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) to showcase the country’s national cheese – will offer up the delicious cheese in six different ways.
