After partnering with Stylist for our very first Remarkable Women Awards earlier this year, Coty’s wellbeing beauty brand philosophy decided to recreate the initiative across their own business, inviting nominations for Coty women deserving of recognition.

Among a host of remarkable nominees, Lauren Dunn, Coty Luxury UKI’s Head of Commercial Strategy, Operations and Efficiency has been named the overall winner.

As well as delivering commercial plans across over 20 brands and over 25 retailers, not to mention creating a Sales Capability programme designed to develop talent within the UK Sales Team, Lauren is a passionate champion for women’s rights both in and out of the workplace.

Lauren is a Regional Leader with women’s networking organisation Lean In Circles and has brought the initiative to Coty in the UK, running sessions on gender equality, networking and stress management that are open to both men and women.

By introducing these engagement initiatives to the business, Lauren has helped to empower women across all divisions to achieve positions of leadership.

“Lauren will always go above and beyond and will be there for her team and anyone else,” says HR Manager Vicky Morales-Munos, who nominated Lauren.

“I feel very privileged to work with Lauren and am convinced that her achievements and contributions should be recognised and celebrated.”
