It may be too early to put up our Christmas trees (seriously guys, it’s only November), but the festivities have well and truly kicked off at Pret a Manger.

That’s right; they’ve only gone and unveiled their Christmas menu for 2016 – and they’re dishing them out to people for free today.

This year, they’ve opted for their traditional Christmas Lunch sandwich (£3.60), which includes thick slices of turkey breast on malted bread, finished with a dollop of cranberry sauce, herby stuffing, and crispy onions.

There’s also the veggie version, which features chunks of butternut squash, nutty Christmas pesto, spicy rocket, yoghurt and may dressing, and, again, those die-hard crispy onions.

But, this year, they’ve opened up their menu to ensure that everybody gets a festive treat.

Are you ready for their first ever VEGAN Christmas baguette?

This stone-baked beauty is packed with carrots, parsnip puree, crispy onions, festive chutney, and toasted pistachios – and it’s sure to go down a treat with vegans everywhere.

If you fancy something warmer, the lunchtime specialists have also brought out their first ever festive mac ‘n’ cheese (£5.50), which features ham hock and vitamin-enriched sprouts. There’s also two toasties on offer, one of which is filled with French brie and cranberry (£4.25), the other of which features ham and chutney (£4.25).

Meanwhile, for those in the mood for something a little sweeter, there’s Melvin (aka Pret’s Melting Gingerbread Snowman), a chocolate praline cookie, and a crunchy gingerbread Christmas Tiffin – to name just three.

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, isn’t it?

To celebrate the arrival of their Christmas menu, Pret’s giving away 5,000 specially wrapped Christmas Lunch and Veggie Christmas Lunch sandwiches on the morning of 8 November.

They’ll be handed out for FREE in all 320 UK Pret a Manger branches until they run out. Which will, undoubtedly, be very quickly indeed, so we recommend heading to your local Pret as early as possible so you don’t miss out.

Someone ready our sleigh…
