It’s the TV show that’s sparked many a conversation (and multiple crying sessions). Of course, we’re talking about Netflix’s Queer Eye. With the Fab Five in tow, the show has fully restored our faith in the world in 2018.

In the first episode, we met the utterly adorable Tom Jackson – a retired single man living in Georgia. Not only did he love ‘redneck margaritas’, his grubby lazyboy chair and fabulous vintage cars – but he was also still madly in love with his ex-wife, Abby.

As Tom was made over into a well-groomed, guacamole-making man – with a home fit for a king – it became clear he was making all of these changes to impress one special lady, Abby. By the end of the episode, it was obvious she was impressed, but whether or not the two would rekindle their love was unclear.

Months later, cue: an elopement, a honeymoon and a second marriage.

That’s right, Tom took to Twitter to share the great news that everyone has been waiting for in 2018.

The duo tied the knot (again) on 27 March at a private ceremony at Chapel at the Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
