The air is crisp, the leaves are golden and everything has slowed down.

While we're always fond of the bright, hedonistic days of summer, there's something about autumn that makes us breathe a sigh of relief. 

Jumpers, boots, blankets, hot chocolates, baked pies, fire places, great TV - all these things herald a return to cosiness, comfort and heartiness.

There's also a welcome return - for those of us who normally do - to not shave our legs or paint our toe nails.
