Rachel Humphrey, the first female head chef at London's iconic Le Gavroche restaurant, told Stylist.co.uk that she is a fan of Roka's modern Japanese cuisine - specifically the chain's new Mayfair offering.
"I always feel relaxed when I’m in there," she said. "The atmosphere is great, and the food is fantastic."
Anna Hansen MBE, owner of the award-winning fusion restaurant Modern Pantry, recommends breakfast at The Providores, which serves Antipodean fusion cuisine.
Along with stellar breakfast offerings, it boasts Europe's largest selection of New Zealand wines.
Anna told the Evening Standard she enjoys: “Turkish eggs or brown rice, miso and apple porridge.”
As founding chef of Cinnamon Club, Vivek Singh know a thing or too about grand dining experiences and when he's not enjoy CC's modern Indian cuisine he enjoys British fare at The Gilbert Scott, in the St. Pancras Hotel.
He told The Good Food Guide the eaterie "best sums up British cooking today."
