Beer is the Britain’s favourite drink. After a long day at work, to celebrate the weekend or even over lunch, we love a pint or three of that golden nectar. But after a while, a simple beer can become quite boring.
To celebrate our national drink – with the help of Simone Caporale, Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s mixologist, and Manchester-based mixologist Sam Taylor – we’ve tracked down the best cocktails to make with your favourite blonde beer.
So prepare a few snacks and invite your friends over, your laid-back spring gatherings are about to get a fancy makeover.
Aroma Botanico by Sam
Ingredients:
- Blonde beer
- Green Cardamon & Lavender Infused Rinamato
- Italian Bitters
- Lemon
- Orange Wedge
Method:
- Pour all ingredients except the beer into cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice cubes and pour into glass.
- Serve straight up and top up with the beer.
- Garnish with frozen grape.

- Blueberry Liquer
- Apple
- Acidic Solution
- Aromatic Fabric Strip
Method:

Ingredients:

- Pour 30ml Italicus Bergamot, 15ml Italian Bitter and 30ml Pink Grapefruit juice.
