Fancy making cloud eggs yourself at home? Denver-based lifestyle blogger Heather (aka @mrspyrex) has helpfully shared her recipe for the perfect dish.

Separate egg whites, save yolks aside. Whisk egg whites until firm.
Gently fold in desired seasonings. (You could do ham, chives, etc. I did rosemary, parmesan, and garlic salt.)
Scoop egg whites onto baking sheet, creating a crater in the middle to hold the yolks.
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, or until egg clouds begin to brown on top.
Salt, pepper, and serve!
