Like coffee? Like Baileys? Like cocktails?
If the answer is no, take a look at some less creamy mixes, otherwise, crack open your favourite blend and a Baileys and get mixing.
Baileys Tiramisu Frappe (MAKES ONE COCKTAIL)
In a blender, mix 1 scoop of coffee ice cream, 1 shot of espresso, 50ml of Baileys Biscotti Flavour and 2 small biscotti or biscuits of your choice.
Drizzle chocolate down the inside of a tall elegant glass, pour in the frappe and add a sprinkling of biscotti crumbs.
Baileys Mochatini (MAKES ONE COCKTAIL)
Drop several ice cubes into a shaker and pour over 75ml of Baileys with a hint of coffee, 25ml/small espresso shot and 25ml of Smirnoff No.21® Vodka.
Shake together and strain drink into a chilled cocktail/Martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate flake and indulge.
Serve with small cubes of brownie or solid coffee cake on a cocktail stick
Baileys Espresso Chill (MAKES ONE COCKTAIL)
50ml Baileys, a double espresso shot (allowed to cool), 50ml cold milk and a cup of crushed ice.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Serve in a tall slim glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Baileys Latte (MAKES ONE COCKTAIL)
Pour 100ml of espresso (2 shots) into a latte glass.
Combine 150ml of hot milk with 50ml Baileys and then slowly pour into the glass.
