Raise a toast to the weekend with a Californian sangria. Icy cold and with a hint of mint, this twist on the classic Spanish wine punch uses rosé and rasberries for the perfect summer party tipple.

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 bottle Fetzer White Zinfandel Rose
- 100ml Grand Marnier
- 200ml Orange Juice
- 2 Lemons, sliced
- 2 Limes, sliced
- 1 Apple, sliced
- 6 Raspberries
- 1 bunch of Mint
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a pitcher
2. Leave in the fridge to steep for 2 hours
3. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with fruit and mint
4. Enjoy!
